1. Nothing is shipped
World Cruise Jobs sells online services only: wallet credits, access to our online tools, expert answers and video sessions. There are no physical goods and no shipping charges.
2. Wallet credits
Credits are added to your wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. You get an email receipt and can see the receipt in My account > Wallet.
3. Tools
The resume builder's PDF, the document checker and AI assistance open immediately when you unlock them, and stay open for the period shown when you buy.
4. Expert answers and sessions
- Written questions are answered in your account, usually within one working day. We email you when there is a reply.
- 1-on-1 sessions happen online at the time you booked (India time). The video link appears in My account > 1-on-1 sessions before the session.
5. Where we deliver
Our services are available online in India and abroad. International cards are accepted where our payment partner supports them.
6. If something doesn't arrive
If you paid but credits haven't appeared within an hour, or a tool or reply doesn't reach you, write to us through our contact form with your payment reference. We fix it or refund you, as described in the Refunds and cancellations policy.
